The basic requirement for this is a PayPal account.
It is important that you use the same email address for your PayPal account as for our surveys. Basically, it can take up to 24 hours for the money to reach your PayPal account.
If you use PayPal as a payment method, the money will be deposited into a PayPal account with the same email address as the one you use to receive the surveys.
If you already have a PayPal account with a different email address, you can add the email address you use to receive surveys. You can find this option in your PayPal account under profile settings. Up to eight email addresses can be associated with this account.

To initiate a PayPal payout from OpinionHero, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your MOBROG account on our website.
2. Click on "Pay out bonuses".
3. Once you have reached the redeemable value, check the "PayPal" box and click the "Checkout" button.
4. For the first payout, you need to link your PayPal account to your OpinionHero account. To do this, you will be automatically forwarded to PayPal and log in there with your PayPal login data. 5. Now you will be redirected back to OpinionHero and complete the order with "Confirm order". The money will then be transferred to your online PayPal account.
6. Please remember to log into your PayPal account to accept the transfer if your OpinionHero email address is not linked to your PayPal account.
7. If your rewards are not claimed for 30 days, they will be credited back to our PayPal account. In this case, please contact support.
